The Company
Philippine Compak Boards, Inc. (PhilCOMPAK) was registered with the
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a corporation on April 29,
1994 and registered with the Bureau of Investment (BOI) on May 26, 1994 as
a pioneering venture.
The Company’s corporate office is located at Cor. Cebedo and Zamora
Street, Ozamiz City and its plant, located at Lapasan, Clarin, Misamis
Occidental, was inaugurated on August 26, 1995 with a ceremonial switch-on
by President Fidel V. Ramos.
The PhilCOMPAK plant produces particleboards with wood chips as the basic
raw material, using British technology developed by Compak Systems of
Lincolnshire, England. The Company is 100 percent Filipino Owned.
